the club music moved through her body as though she was a liquid. normally seventeen year old ito kei would have avoided such places. despite the fact that she was very anti-social from not having proper contact with people this was not the only thing that kept her away. the fact that at any given moment she would turn into an elephant usually dictated the places she was allowed to go. the first time it had happened she had felt weird and strange like she was having hallucinations. after the first time though more times came more frequently although they were still sporadic and liable to go off at any time. usually it scared her more than it scared others around her and she often contemplated why she had to be an elephant all of things - why not something small like a mouse or a squirrel. she wasn't big in appearance, barely managing to hit the five foot mark and having a delicate build.
blinking softly giving her eyes time to adjust she moved towards the bar tender, having no intentions of doing anything other than asking a simple question. nervously eyes darted around checking the faces searching for that one familar one. he usually hung out here so why wasn't he around? it scared her. after all she had felt weak all day and was curious to know what was going on. "uhm excuse me.." she asked the bartender quietly feeling dizzy, the early signs of her transformation. all that she knew was that this club was not big enough to house her, she would have to find who she was looking for and make it quick.
