although eun sook had made it a habit to be off the streets after it was already dark outside, tonight she found herself breaking this habit. it couldn't be helped really, a friend had texted her needing someone to talk to and even though the human girl didn't know tokyo that well she had decided to navigate the now seemingly empty streets. it didn't mean that she liked this, after all she didn't like the dark and all the things that possibly lurked in it - both the supernatural and the low life humans who would hurt her and threaten her existence on the planet earth. it would be almost too easy for them, after all besides her nee-chan no one would bother to report or even look for her, and probably nee-chan would just assume she packed up and went home. eun sook loved the woman she was staying with however at times, the poor lady was spacey and in general didn't pay attention. sighing softly she moved to throw her head over her shoulder for the millionth time today. over cautious. the perfect word to describe the way she reacted with what could quickly turn into a hostile area. ears were alert waiting for any sound to be throw her way that would cause the back the hairs on the back of her neck to stand alert. it had occurred to her that there wasn't much she would be able to do, considering she wasn't really that strong and when confronted with danger she preferred just to sit down and cry.
so clutching the phone tightly to her chest she continued to wander aimlessly through the dark city. even though every thing was lit up and bright for some reason it had always seemed like a lonely city to her, probably since she was lonely. after all she came her on her own trying to start a fresh life after the death of her parents. it had been so easy to simply say that she would leave everything behind however when it actually came to it, she found herself unable to do this bringing the memories with her in her heart. blinking and looking up from her thoughts she stopped trying to figure out exactly where she was. however the area wasn't familiar to her and she bit her lip in an attempt not to worry. she could call someone, but then honestly she didn't know who to call in a situation like this. four thirty in the morning. nee-chan would still be sleeping if she was even home, and she wasn't in any real danger so she didn't want to have to call the emergency services. yawning a little she moved to cover her mouth and walk onwards dragging her flat boots with as little effort as possible. however there was also another problem, the fact that the soda she had drunk earlier was ready to exit her body. trying to hurry and find a bathroom her face cracked into a small smile catching site of a bus stop with a bathroom close by. not wanting to wait she moved to hurry and use the bathroom neglecting to notice the group of scary boys lurking. even though she didn't see them, they had obviously saw her.
